Buildings participating in NYSERDA's RTEM program have demonstrated many opportunities to deliver occupant comfort and wellness, save energy and money, improve capital equipment operations, and support an informed approach for future upgrades and spending. NYSERDA has collected a wealth of project data representing a variety of building types, vintage, purpose, uses, and equipment from world-class vendors ranging from well-established multinationals to innovative start-ups. This data can be shared to help answer questions about the benefits and challenges of RTEM projects.
We hope many of you can benefit from our learning to improve your buildings, energy management practices and project planning. Answers to your questions are developed using RTEM project reports and data from more than 800 buildings across New York State. In preparation, we have anonymized the data to ensure participating projects’ identifiable information is protected. Complete and submit the below form to request RTEM project information.
