Get support with energy affordability
If you are having trouble paying your energy bill, there are programs offering payment assistance and opportunities to reduce your home energy costs.
Home Energy Assistance Program
The Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) helps income-eligible customers heat and cool their homes. HEAP offers multiple forms of assistance, including paying for heating and cooling, cleaning and tuning of home heating equipment, and equipment repair or replacement.
If you have a heat or heat-related emergency, you must contact your HEAP Local District Contact for assistance.
Utility Bill Assistance Programs
You may qualify for a discount on your monthly energy bills if you receive benefits from HEAP or other eligible government assistance programs. Explore the programs for residential customers in your utility territory below to learn more.
Energy-Saving Opportunities
Reducing your home energy use and tapping into renewable power sources like solar can help lower your energy costs. Explore the resources and programs below to start lowering your energy bills.
- Community Solar: Subscribing customers receive credits every month on their electric bill for the energy generated by their portion of the community solar array.
