The performance results of the Green Jobs Green New York loan portfolio have shown strong performance to date, with lower levels of delinquencies and defaults/losses than other consumer loan asset classes. This performance data is useful to lender/capital providers, rating agencies, researchers, and interested stakeholders to assist in anticipating performance results. DIRECTIONS:
- The loan values on this dashboard reflect all NYSERDA residential loans. These can be filtered by clicking on the loan purpose, loan type, year, or map. Dropdown filters are also available for underwriting tier, type, and purpose. The sliders can also be used to filter loans with specific attributes.
- The same data is also available to view in a spreadsheet format by clicking on the “Spreadsheet View” tab at the top of the dashboard.
