Notice of Auction
The New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) participates in four quarterly regional auctions for the sale of carbon dioxide allowances under the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI) in accordance with the CO2 Allowance Auction Program (Title 21 NYCRR Part 507).
Final CO2 allowance auction dates, the auction calendar, and CO2 allowance quantities are published in the Auction Notice for each auction, available on the Auction Materials page 
. All parties are eligible to participate in this auction provided they become qualified and meet all other participation requirements by each auction deadline. Applications for participation are available at RGGI.
